I am excited to share that the new edition of A Warrior’s Legacy: Orestes is officially available!
(Note: Any hardback copies are of the first edition with the old cover; the second edition will not be available in hardback, at least for a while.)

If I already have a copy of Orestes, do I need to get a new one?
Absolutely not! I definitely don’t want anyone paying for the same book twice unless you just want both editions for your bookshelf. I’m working on some giveaways to give people a chance at free copies, so stay posted here or on Facebook or Twitter for more info.
What are the differences between the first and second editions?
The biggest difference is obviously the cover, and I also decided to put everything under my new name since I got married. The interior artwork is all the same, and the actual written content is essentially the same except for some rephrasing here and there. No plot changes. There are a couple small details about Acules’s life that got tweaked, but I’ll post the new paragraphs on the website soon in case you’re curious.
That’s all great, but what about Book 2?
I know, who cares about Book 1 when there’s new stuff in the works, right? Based on my outline and compared to the length of the first book, I’m at least a third of the way through Book 2; I’m pumping out about a thousand words a day, but man, fantasy books are long! I think it will end up being a winter release (late this year or early next), but I’ll keep you updated as I know more. So far, the second book has been a lot more fast-paced than the first and the plot shows no signs of slowing down, so hopefully it’ll be worth the wait. 🙂
What can I do?
Some people have asked me if there’s anything they can do to help. As I release more books in the series, I’m hoping to be able to share them with a wider audience, but to do that, I need more book reviews to help potential readers decide whether or not they want to try out the series. So if you’ve read Orestes, please consider leaving a review on the Amazon page (at either of the links above) or on Goodreads. There’s no pressure to give it any particular rating or to make the review any particular length; just your honest thoughts about the books would be a huge help!
